I end up feeling that my body is locked up so this morning I took time out to move my body by going on a nature appreciation walk.
It doesn't matter where you live, just walking and taking the time and presence to look out for nature around you does one the world of good. I also try and remember to breathe deeply because it is so easy to forget these days!
I am very lucky to have wonderful nature on my doorstep. These are pics of some of the things that caught my attention this morning.
